Delete your data

You can request deletion of your adfez account or specific data at any time. We aim to process requests within 30 days.

Account deletion removes your profile, runs, recovery logs, fueling, and planning data.

Activity-only deletion removes synced/imported runs and related metrics but keeps your account active.

Disconnecting Strava revokes adfez's access. You can also do this from Settings if you're signed in.

Disconnecting Garmin / imported data removes Garmin recovery and wellness records imported into your account.

Export gives you a copy of your records before deletion.
